Welcome to Larder Cymru

Larder Cymru is a project led by Menter Môn under its economy portfolio. Its primary aim is to: Increase the procurement of Welsh products by the public sector in Wales, with a specific focus on local authority school meal provision. We do this by working with local authorities across Wales to review their existing supply frameworks and menu provisions, to develop menus that incorporate more Welsh produce and suppliers.
